Focused SNP Genotyping

CynerGene provides focused SNP genotyping using Illumina's BeadXpress reader with Veracode technology. Veracode technology leverages the power of digital holographic codes to provide a robust detection method for multiplex assays requiring high precision, accuracy and speed. The BeadXpress platform is based on the GoldenGate assay and can perform 1-384 SNPs per sample. The proven GoldenGate assay combined with the highly regarded Veracode technology on the BeadXpress generate superior quality. We continue to demonstrated high degrees of sample success, locus success, call rates, reproducibility, and heritability in data sets generated at 48, 96, 144, 192, and 384-plex.

 The results confirm that VeraCode technology robustly produces high quality data with the essential properties of a platform designed for accurate performance in low- to mid-level multiplexing and high-throughput SNP genotyping.  Overall most runs achieved outstanding genotyping results.

Our focused SNP Genotyping services are conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices, 21 CFR Part 58.  We maintain a robust quality system to support these regulations by implementing detailed SOPs, equipment and process validations, training, audits and document control measures.  Additionally, CynerGene has a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) designed to ensure full traceability.  All data generated are stored in our secured servers with complete on and off site back up capability.
