DNA or RNA QC Services

CynerGene's DNA and RNA QC services can be packaged together or used individually. Our DNA and RNA QC services can also be used in combination with our extraction services to provide high quality extracts that is ready for PCR, RT PCR, SNP genotyping, gene expression, microarray, sequencing, etc. As always, our services are flexible to meet your needs.

 DNA or RNA Quality - Assess DNA or RNA quality by gel electrophoresis. CynerGene provides feedback on the condition of your samples and provide you with gel assessments.

DNA or RNA Concentration - All DNA or RNA quantitation is done with Quant-IT assays from Molecular Probes due to the reagents ability to be highly selective for dsDNA or RNA.  We provide these services with precise measurement of sample quantity and quality.

DNA or RNA Normalization - CynerGene can normalize your DNA or RNA samples to a specific or minimal concentration.  These services are done with care and accuracy. 

DNA Storage - We can store DNA or RNA samples in our fridge and freezers (-80C, -20C, & 4C)  for various time periods.  CynerGene provides GLP-compliant sample storage solutions that incorporate a detailed chain of custody documentation through our LIMS system, and complete sample security, and efficient recovery. CynerGene supports archival, maintenance, retrieval, aliquoting and redistribution of client DNA or RNA. Samples can be retrieved and shipped to you at any time.

Whole Genome Amplification (WGA) - Our WGA service is ideal to rescue samples from a very limited amount of DNA. Typical yield is around 5ug from just a few nanograms of starting material. CynerGene makes no guarantee on the performance of DNA in subsequent experiments.

 Our DNA and RNA QC services are conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices, 21 CFR Part 58.  We maintain a robust quality system to support these regulations by implementing detailed SOPs, equipment and process validations, training, audits and document control measures. Additionally, CynerGene has a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) designed to ensure full traceability.  All data generated are stored in our secured servers with complete on and off site back up capability.
